Booking on a tour
You can book a tour through our booking form no matter what stage you are at in your application, even if you’re just beginning your journey.
The tour
A student ambassador will meet you at one of the meeting points below. They’ll be wearing a blue t-shirt to let you know it’s them.

Please arrive at least five minutes before your tour is scheduled to start. If you are late, you may be offered an alternative self-guided tour.
All student ambassadors live and study here so they know what they’re talking about. You can ask them any questions you have about being a student at Sheffield Hallam University.
You will visit all the main areas of the campus during your tour, including the learning centre, gym, students’ union, lecture theatres, catering outlets and classrooms.
The accommodation tour will take you to a range of residences. Though you’ll only be shown around one, your student ambassador will point out the location of others. You can see our full range of residences online.
Our tours are not about any course in particular. To speak to staff or students from the course you’re interested in, book onto one of our open days.
