This policy forum aims to bring together researchers, policy makers and practitioners from the public and voluntary sectors to discuss their understanding and experiences of social value, particularly in the context of the Public Services (Social Value) Act, and the drive to commission better outcomes for people from disadvantaged and socially excluded groups.

Three short presentations will be followed 30-45 minutes of facilitated discussion involving panellists and wider attendees.
