Sport science student Max Litchfield clinched gold in the pool at the British Championships last night, winning the 400m individual medley title. Max won the race inside the Team GB qualifying time for the Rio 2016 Olymics, and was one of just four swimmers at the championships to book his seat on the plane to Rio. Max was interviewed for the Daily Mail and you can watch his race on the BBC Sport website.
