Dr Chris Low, director of the Centre for Leadership and PG Medical and Dental Education, spoke to Look North about the £240million combined deficit of the hospital trusts in Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. 

Chris spoke of how high agency costs to cover staff shortages are a large contributing factor to the debts and how Sheffield Hallam is playing its part in helping to reduce those costs by training future healthcare professionals.
