DESCRIPTION

Time: 10:30 – 15:30 GMT

Concerned about turbulent times and uncertain futures for your organisation? Or about how change happens in the third sector?

Then come along and discuss organisational change at a free, interactive, one-day, research-informed workshop in Sheffield, organised by the Third Sector Research Centre’s 'Change in the Making' research study team, in partnership with NAVCA (National Association for Voluntary and Community Action), Voluntary Action Rotherham and Voluntary Action Sheffield.

The workshop aims to bring voluntary sector practitioners together to share experiences and discuss recent research and evidence about change in the voluntary and community sector. It will involve a series of brief presentations from four different research studies, each highlighting different perspectives on change. Participants will be asked to reflect upon their own understandings of change within the voluntary sector before considering these different sets of findings, and discussing their relevance and implications.
