Eleanor Formby joined Sheffield Hallam University as a researcher in February 2003. She has over 15 years experience in (predominantly qualitative) social research and evaluation. As a sociologist, her areas of expertise cluster around wellbeing, and equality and diversity, with particular reference to

  • lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans* (LGBT) health and wellbeing, including issues related to homophobic, biphobic and transphobic bullying
